Audiocode mp108a

    I have just arrived at a site that has an audiocode mp-108a switch. I can call out but incoming calls don’t ring. Does anyone know the default password and what I need to change to receive calls? Thank you for your help.

    The default user name and password are “Admin”. Note that the user name and the password fields are case sensitive.

    Under “Protocol Management / End Points Phone Numbers” you can check the phone numbers according to the analog ports.

    Under “Protocol Management / Protocol Definition” check the parameter “Channel Select Mode”. This must set to “By Phone Number”.

    If this all will not help, you have to take a connection trace “Status & Diagnostics / Message Log”. There you will find the error messages.
