speaker does always switch to internal

I really have a hard problem – I used a handset for ip calls from pcphone which seemed to work properly …

suddenly if I switch the fon on the internal pc speaker starts working wich means all the calls incomming/outgoing I can`t answer but hear them at pc speaker.

How can I reset the speaker configuration that the usb device is properly found as usb-device
