SIP to H323 and H323 to SIP

    Is there a free proxy or application achieve SIP to h323 and h323 to sip ?

    if so, can someone point me the right direction.

    Yes, there is an option of using a free demo-version of SIP/H323 translator from MERA. You can also convert codecs there.
