voip gateway and a router compatibility?

    Hey!

    My current configuration is,

    ADSL line
    Broadband WiFi router
    3pc
    1 portable on WiFi

    now, can i put a VoIP gateway dlink dvg-1120 in that network, some peoples told me it would’nt work with my existing router?
