    Has anyone tried using cable for Voice over IP?

    My cable company is offering me a 512K bidirectional connection with fixed IP. It comes with a Motorola SurfBoard Modem. Has anyone here have experience with this modem with voice applications?

    I will use this connection for voice only and will connect it to a quintum DX2016 with PackSaver on both ends.

    Will I be able to get 16 good enough calls from this?
