Hi,

I just bought a new DX2016. I ordered it with PacketSaver, so it should come with it. How do I know if it is actually installed on the DX2016 box?

On the GIU, go to “view”
Go to the tab called “tenor status/info”

Click on “licence file” or “licence status”

It will show what is enabled on your gateway.

Have fun with the gui. Be aware, it does tricky changes on your configuration.
