    Hi there!

I have set a environment with two Cisco routers, a Quintum A800 and a C Cisco gatekeeper.

All the time I register my Quintum gateway to a Cisco gatekeeper I can’t make any call using the static routes. Am I doing something wrong ou the quintun does work like that?

If I register the Quintum to the Cisco gatekeeper:
-I am able to make and receive calls thru the Cisco GK,
-Able to make calls from PBX to PSTN ports and vice versa.

Here are the tests I have done:
From Quintum PBX/PSTN I called a number on the Cisco GW via GK. Test OK.
From the Quintum PBX port I called an external number via Quintum PSTN port. Test OK

From the Quintum PBX/PSTN ports I Called a number using a static router on the quintum. Test Failed.

    Take care,

    Jonas

Get a bottle of caipirinha, drink it in less than 10 minutes.
That will not fix the trouble, but you will not care anymore.
    Take care,Jonas.

    Noname.

    Last advision is right!

If you register your Quintum in the GK – why it will use his own Static Route table ????????????

    Hi guys!
I think I will take ur adive and drink caipirinha and forget about this problem!!!!

Anyway, what I meant is: All calls sent by the GK with prefix 10, 2 and 3 should go to the PSTN, but it is not happening. Doesn’t matter if calls come from VoIP or PBX, but if I remove the primary gatekeeper then calls from PBX are routed to PSTN and static routes.

    LAM: Index Pattern Replacement NumberType
    1 0
    2 0
    3 0

Am I trying to do any absurd??
