Does anybody know how to use Tenor ASM400 behint NAT router?
I want to use ASM400 in my private network and I use a windows 2000 system as a NAT router but the ASM400 dosent work in my private network and can’t register with other gateways over the internet.
I have turned off the NAT for H323 protpcol as the Quintum says in thair documents and also added my windows 2000 public address in ASM400 as externat NAT IP but the unit dosent work yet.

I tried those settings on the Quintum many times.

I have never seen a Quintum working behind a NAT yet.
Some others say they have done it.
But I also heard of people that have seen Elvis latelty.
Many people wrote back that it does not work, just few weeks ago.

Just my $0.02 worth of a opinion.

i tried a lot of times but the RTP stream is one way. from the quintum to the firewall.
if anybody did this i am very curious to know.
it might be working when the firewall acts more like a gatekeeper or as a proxy for the voice traffic.
