Cisco Router 3620 and Quintum A400 VoIP

    Hi:
    I have an opportunity to REMOTELY manage a VoIP network that consists of:
    1. A Cisco router 3620 at one end. This end sells minutes to Calling compaines.
    2. On the other end (abroad) a Quintum A400 switch that is connected to PSTN -telephone lines

    I appreciate if you could clarify to my what might be the configuration of this network. The Cisco Router is running IOS12.1(17) .
    Also, if u can recommend any free online resources to understand how to manage and configure this network.
