    We have the following set-up:

    Internet–>Switch–>Quintum D3000 –> Ericsson MD 110 –> Nokia 22–> GSM
We have 30 channels. Our internet bandwidth is a dedicated 512K CIR with a bursting rate of 768K. When we open only 10 channels the ASR and call duration is very good. But when we open all 30 channels, the quality goes down, ASR drops and have short call duration. When customer sends a burst of 30 calls, only 1/3 gets connected.
We also see that when we make a trace route, the last hop have a very high latency. Why is this so and what do you thing is the solution to this problem.

Seems like a very clear case of a cheating provider.

If every call is taking about 15 kb, without packet saver, you are only getting around 150-200 kb of internet bandwith.

I will sugest to download a really big file trought your internet conection and see how much bandwith you are really getting.
