    Can someone provide me with training implementing a VoIP soulution for a small business. I will pay them based on time. I want to know about the hardware equipment, software requirements, how to configure the system etc. So please let me know.

    Save yourself money and call the sales staff of differnt manufacturers. They will tell you why they are better than the next guy, complile your information and make an educated decision.
