If I have a VOiP gateway with a trunk line (1 Pair) from the local PSTN plugged into the FXO connector, one one side of the world. And I pick up the receiver of a phone on my side of the world which is plugged into the FXS port of my VOiP gateway. Would I hear a dial tone?
