tenor A800 resets frequently

    Tenor A800 configured for prepaid hanges, once it places call to GK.
    The call is getting blank and tenor restarts.
    find below the error mesg from evlog:

    The trace you have shown does not show much data you need to enable the call handler version of logging by typing ev +ch at the quintum> prompt and show this. alternatively contact me and i will see what i can do to help.

    Has your Quintum been hit by a VIRUS ? I read somewhere Viruses have been targetting QUINTUM boxes

    I also feel that the A800 has been hit by some virus.

    Even evlog shows some junk/unreadable charecters.

    IF anyone having idea about VIRUS which affect TENOR, pls let me know.
