    Hi,

We currently run voip at work on an Alcatel solution. I spoke to my boss with regards to running a voip phone from home through my vpn into work and he said “that the voip phone must support H323 protocol”.

Would it be possible to run a H323 phone from my home through my vpn to connect to the voip infrastructure at work?

Can anyone recommend any medium priced ip phones that support H323?

    Many thanks

    Toby

Yes, use the Qtelnet IP-1301. It is H323 V2 based and you can also hook your home phone to it on another line. It will work nicely on a VPN and behind a router/firewall.

Cheapest place online to get one is from :

    Cheers
