Quintum x Cisco Codec g723.1

    Hi There!

    I have a Quintum talking to a cisco using the g729r8 codec. Which codec on the cisco is compatible with g723.1 used by quintum?

    Cisco presents g723r53 and g723r63.

    one of those or none ?

    It seems Quintum does not work with Cisco on g723r63 codec.
    If anybody is able to make this work then please let me know.

    Quintum tech support says they have other issues on higher priority & will fix it once other things are completed.

    Tried sending calls to Quintum from Cisco

    We are also facing the same problem , when calls are sent from Cisco to Quintum on g723r63 codec calls fail.
    If anybody has a solution please let us know.

    could you try with g723r53 ?
