I’m trying to install 2 tenors on a point to point configuration, just to communicate 2 offices. I have the 2 quintums sendig calls across (checking the Event Log), but once the call lands on the remote side, the unit give me this error:
CH : 17062219:h323[0]: h323mgr:RcvIncomingCall
CH : 17062230:ocall[0/0]:RcvRelComp, cause=38.Cause 38 means “network not available”, but I don’t understand what network, or wtich port.
No need to say, I have no manuals, beside the one I downloaded from quintum. Any help would be appreciated…a lot.

That cause code can mean a variety of things. In the most basic for it’s telling you there is a network probelm though.
Cause No. 38 – Net out of orderdrop me an email and we may be able to sort it out.
