I use the Avaya IP softphone and was wondering how to record converstaions. It seems in the past I’ve used softphone that have a record button that would record the call and save it to a folder on my desktop. Does anybody know how to do this with the Avaya IP Softphone, or can you recommend an alternate softphone compatible with the Avaya infrastructure? Thanks
