Hi all,

I am having trouble setting up 2 WebSwitch100 P4 boxes. Both boxes are behind router (NAT) and they are in DMZ , hence all ports are open.

I can hear other party but he does not hear anything I say. Does any one has any trouble shooting comments.

I have had problems with the so called “dmz” on some broadband routers, try manually forwarding the ports. The range for these units is:
1720 TCP ( signalling )
30000-30011 TCP and UDP ( voice channels )

Hi Gary,

Is there anyway of changing the voice ports , I bought the boxes from ebay and just want to check if these ports are configurable then have somebody changed them.

It would be great if you could send us the telnet manual on msabri@usa.net
