E-tel and Vocaltec interoperability

    Hi guys
    does anyone know how we can make e-tel(now Qtelnet)CPE gateways work with VocalTec gatekeeper,GAteway system?? i tried..it didnt work.please help

    I resell the QTelNet products and havnt had any interoperabilty issues to date with gatekeepers and other h323 gateways. Contact a sales rep at 403-291-2492 or email their tech department at support@qtelnet.com

    Also reseller/dealer/techy
    Try using the command prompt and type:
    set h323 h245_term_type 40

    This sets the unit to run in slave mode whenever you try to place a call if there is a Master unit available it will set all parameters and do all the codec negotiation.

    Also try not using h323 fast start.

    spy hsmu 1

    and see what is actually happening.
