I have two ATA 186’s in diffenet offices connected via VPN. I believe I have a clear com’s link with no restrictions.
But I cannot get Any response from either ATA’s when dialing direct Using IP Address.
Can anyone tell me if I’m missing some thing. Do I need to upgrade the software on the ATA ?? If so where can I get it from as I can’t log onto cisco.
If anyone has got this working can they mail me a screen shot of their configuration.
Am I wasting my time will this actually work. I see lots of posts on this but no solutions. My boss thinks I’m an idiot not being able to get this to work.
What should I type for the IP address as there are no . on the phone.
I just received two brand new ATA ‘s with the latest soft.
If you send me your screenshoty, I will try It and let you know if you are having trouble with the soft or something else.
