Call Disconnection

    hi all,
    I have a P32mxi Channel bank connected to a PBX(analog loop start lines). I have the VAD software enabled too..
    but i am not getting call disconnection..

    any ideas..?

    What is the Call flow? Who disconnects from the call P32 or PBX?

    Hi,

    We are using an Quintum A800 and selling calling cards. The A800 is connected with a hosted softswitch. Softswitch sometimes does not recognize the disconnect of calls. So we see wrong billings. Can anyone help us or give us advice?

    What is the Signaling Protocol? SIP or H.323? Usually SoftSwitches are SIP, but I just want to clarify.

    What is the function of the softswitch for your application? Registration, Redirect, or Proxy.

    What I would do is use a packet sniffer on the call and see where is issue lies.

    Please let me know if you nedd help with this.
