Does any one know how to configure ATA 186 phone adapter to work behind ISA 2000 server. I know you need to open ports 5060-5061, 69,123, and 10000-20000. All ports are UDP. But how to create protocol definition and server publishing to make it work.

i call from ata186 but when the client attend a call the call will active but there is not any response from our ata186 phone…
Plz resolve that problem …
