I am wondering if anyone has had any expereince in getting a Cisco ATA186 to work with a DSL connection via a PC with windows XP installed.

We have a crossover cable connected from the ATA to the PC.

Does any one know how to configure ATA 186 phone adapter to work behind ISA 2000 server. I know you need to open ports 5060-5061, 69,123, and 10000-20000. All ports are UDP. But how to create protocol definition and server publishing to make it work.

You can configure windows xp to forward ports to a certain ip address, but a better option would be a small cheap router with a dmz option. It would be under $100.00 USD.
