I do not have a CDR Server to track the records hence iam using the following procedure.
1) On Command Prompt i type the following:
c:\ telnet 188.8.131.52 9003
2) Prompts a welcome message and asks for the password
On entering the password (i expect the cdr records to be displayed which i can capture in a log file but insted…)
3) just displays ” 184.108.40.206 UNIT”
and stops at that.
Is this the correct procedure. If so Why are the records not being displayed.12th May 2003 at 00:48 #24358JLGuest
Yes, you have the correct procedure. When it ask you for the password, just press enter. When you get ” 220.127.116.11 UNIT” , enter again and you will get the CDRs. I can retreive the CDRs this way from my D2400 tenor.
I have a question for you, do you know how to read the actual CDR, duration of the call, release cause etc..?
Thanks !12th May 2003 at 02:30 #24359NancyGuest

You can access the cdr records through telnet to port 9002 or 9003. If you do not understand all the information, then you should review the cdr document available on quintum’s web site as this should explain all the fields.
