    Hi,
    like i can configure QoS on CDR call manager Cisco?
    With the standard configuration the results in the report is only “NA” .

    Hello Marco,
    The QOS information should be available within the CMR portion of the database, not the CDR. Are you using ART or some management tool to actually query the database?
