I have a quintum box, i set back into the factory default settings.
The problem now is i forgot the password? because when the time that i set into the the factory default settings the password which i registered is totally errased.
Then now they ask for the factory default password? Pls help me to figured out this thing so that i can continue to configure my A800 box…. Thanks everyone…

I want to setup with Qutium Tenor-A 800 with Cisco1751 router having VIC-2FXS card for the point to multi-point connectivity .
In thses setup All other site have cisco unit only one uint of the Tenor A-800 can be use in the setup .
so pls give me the config example for the same.

I am trying to make an A800 to register with a border element over internet. The Borderelement has a static public ip address.
How should i configure the a800 to use auto external ip for be registration and how should i configure the the borderelement to use ip header for request registrationThanks

i have been searched all over ip forems and help sites but nothing help full, plz let me know if some one have configured ATA 186 as a client for Quintem Tenor A800 ,

Enter the I.P. of the Quintum gateway on the filed called “gateway”.
Be sure that you are using H323 on the ATA (use sip=no), and clear out the gatekeeper/proxy field.If you need a sample of the ATA configuration, write to mike3799@yahoo.com
