Hello !!
i have a question can i use VoIP to call a phone that does not have ANY connection with the internet ??? if yes how??
if i can i’m thinking to buy some equipmnet (voip router , etc)
and make a voip network so i can call anyone anyware free !!
is that possible?????

sure, u can use VOIP to call a phone does not have connection with the internet.
..
if it’s for personal, u dont’ require special equipment, IP hone is OK 4 u but it’s not absolutely free;
