We have connected 3com & cisco routers with voiice support.

VOIP configured but voice from 3com to cisco can not be heared where as voice from cisco can be heared at 3com end.

Something similar happened to
me from cisco to cisco over a WAN connection. It might not apply to your case, but anyway, it was due to high bandwidth usage from one side to the other, while reverse traffic was not congested. you might give a look to your traffic statistics.

In this case it seems to be compatibility problem between the codecs of 3com & cisco.

Does anyone ever tested VOIP between 3com & cisco
