Who are using G.729 in Internet Telephony (ITSP).
Which codec has better performance, better immunity for jitter delay?
For operators what is recommended G.723.1 or G.729

if you want compression with dual rate you can use g723.1 it can be adaptively change according to the network traffic but if you want flat rate you can use g.729
