I see that there is IP/UDP/RTP overhead with VoIP. Why is there no overhead from the Ethernet packet?

There is, but the free calculators on this site don’t take it into account. Remember that Ethernet is a layer 2 (datalink) protocol, whereas IP/UDP/RTP are layer 3 and above.

We have a product called VoIP Select which also takes into account layer 2 overheads for Ethernet, Frame Relay, PPP and ATM.
