CISCO Call Manager /Mediation

    We are currently providing Unified Messaging solution for one of our client on CISCO platform.

    We are using cisco call Manager.We have the CDR’s generated from the call manager.
    We have a problem in data mapping .
    Which field of the Call Manager CDR maps to subscriber or account ?
    So that we could push the data to downstream rating engine

    Do we need a Mediation device ?
