For VoIP you will need an MIS pipe, that will include a port, of a specific bandwidth to the internet. You can use your frame network as conductivity between your locations. Or you can replace your frame network to a VPN network depending on your application. To assure the SLAs, Service Level of Agreement, few companies terminate VoIP traffic at the PSTN to keep it from going to the public internet, thus controlling the quality of the packets. Email me with your specific questions if I can be of help. sukkar@att.com
