What is Siemens’ MSC capacity (totaol VLR subs?) for CP113C or CP113E?
Is this CP113 3G capable? at what software release?

Capacity depends on your request !!, for MSC with SR10 for example, the total may reach upto 1,000,000 subscribers.
CP113E, is capale for 3G, as I think, not sure.
