can anybody help in order to figure out quality of service for international voice calls i have gone through the itu-t E-422 but in vain.
Hi Ahmed,
You can see ETSI page document EG 201 769. There are about six or seven parameters defining QoS: call setup time, unsuccessful call ratio, fault repair time, number of faults per line per year, etc.
