i am working on BSS alcatel, and we are using a transcoder alcatel 2G,on this transcoder i have 5% of dropped calls (cause remote transcoder) and i dont have any alarm hardware, and no transmission problems.
may be some one can help me.

Hello,

As far as I know CDR_RTC(call drop due to remote transcoder) doesn’t always mean it’s because of transcoder. It might be from transmission line or faulty TRX. We had high rate of RTC drops in some cells, found the solution with transmission guys. Abis allocation was wrong. Check your transmission/TRXs, I would say.
