    Please if someone have experience and can explain something about an Off Air Call Setup. The OACSU procedure consists in allocating the suitable radio resources
    on the air interface (TCH) after the called party answers the call instead of the early assignment procedure which consists in allocating the suitable radio resources on the air interface after an incoming service request has been examined..
    Are radio resources saved using this features.
