Hello all, I just encountered a problem on my network, which is a dual band GSM network using Ericsson equipment. A few of the cells sometimes cease from carrying traffic while the cell is not down as is shown by a TCH availability of 100%. No alarms are recorded for the affected cells. Both RBS 2202 and RBS 2206 equipment are affected. Does anyone have some idea on why this could happen?
check for size alteration of the msc(devices number,routes) may be full and need adding,and so far check the parameters of the sites(IDB)….
