Alcatel : Collection & despatch time

Hi All,
I am working in a Network operation center. We are supposed to receive traffic data from Alcatel Element manager every 5 minutes. But we receive every 30 seconds. i.e collection time is 15 seconds but despatch time is 30 seconds. We expect collection & despatch time to be 5 minutes. I guess configuration at EM should be made to send data every 5 minutes. How to achive this funcationality?? If anyone knows please help me. Thanks.
