These are both colp and colr ISDN Services.
COLP: Calling party service.İt provides ISDN number of party to whom the caller ID is connected.

COLP is suplementary service.Network delivers the connected line identity to calling party on call acceptance regardless of terminal’s ability to handle the information.

COLR:Connected Party service.this service restricts disclosure of the connected party’s number to calling party.
    COLR is also suplementary service.

    Line Identity Supplementary Services.

    – Calling line identification presentation (CLIP)
    – Calling line identification restriction (CLIR)
    – Connected line identification presentation (COLP)
    – Connected line identification restriction (COLR)

Based on ISDN: I.420, I.421 and Q.931 (signalling).

CLIP/CLIR is to do with Number Presentation.
