Hig SD congestion and low TC congestion

    Hello,

    pliz help, this is urgent. How can one explain high Sd congestion and TC congestion?
    Is it gud to balance the two of them trying to ease one but worsen the other one? Thanks for your quick response.

    increase sdcch capacity until there is no more SDCCH congestion.
    TCH congestion is less critical for the network, and can be reduced by other means (HR, off-load to neighbours/micros, drirected retry, etc)

    Thanks Pix.
    HR is already activated and I think directed retry also. Can I really apply it to a scenario like this : Sd cong =27%, TC cong= 27% or Sd cong=11% and TC cong=26%.
    Can you explain me why SD cong is more critical than TC cong?
