    Hello all,

    I want to incerase T3103 by 2 seconds in order to improve HO drop rate
    Is it beneficial?
    What is the impact on user?
    I mean if it’s OK (gain by 0.1% lets’s say) , it means that 0.1% of calls were not dropped in term of KPI but what happens for end user side?don’t listen to any thing?
