T10-T3107 : urgent issue

    Hello all,
    I increase T10-T107 from (6-8) to (10,12) on one NSN BSC, I obtain a gain in RTCH_assign_success by 0.3%
    What makes the mobile reponds so late?As I khnow , there’s no resending of assignment complete message from the MS,no?
    And reestablishment is not allowed in our case
    Please explain

    So Pix why usually it’s advisable to increase T10/T3107 to improve CSSR?Only if reestablishment is allowed?
