Handover failures

    Hi guys,
    we are experiencing HO failures in and out mostly in peak time (BH). Failure cause due to original channel returned & HO failure by source or target.
    What could be the problem. HOSR remains above 90 in other day time.
    Congestion or some wrong configuration at BSC side. please help.

    I think you need to check the ABIS utilization , if high you need to extend the assigned abis Bandwidth.
