After reducing frequency of allocating authentication and frequency of TMSI reallocation in NOKIA MSC for reducing call setup time, TCH Assgnment success rate is degrading a little bit in all ERICSSON BSCs and after reverting these parameters in MSC, TASR comes to normal value? can anybody explain this behaviour or reason?
