Dear experts,

Please help me understand this problem. I try to find out the relation between CSPSALLOC and Handover success rate. We made a trial in our network and changed CSPSALLOC to CSFIRST.. and after these changes we got a good improvement on RxQual but our HO success rate degraded considerably.
What can be the logic ? We try to improve it again but not by changing CSPSALLOC to old values of course , we couldn’t find a reason yet for this problem. Your precious comments will be helpful for us.
