UMTS measurement reports content

    Hi!

    I have got a question concerning the content of UMTS measurement reports.
    They contain the scrambling code of the measured cell and a its Ec/N0-value.

    Can anyone tell me what kind of Ec/N0-value that is? Is it an average? I looked into the standard but didn’t find anything.
