Hej!
I am currently trying to convert UMTS Rel.9 RRC UL-DCCH messages which are hexadecimal encoded.
I found a couple of free online converters. However, I have to decode a couple of thousand messages.
Does anyone have an idea on how to decode these messages?
I am confused by the documentation. So I am not able to write my own decoder.
