Hello,
I will be straightforward, I am comparing pstn and voip in our company. we are receiving a 50 calls per day with a delay of 120 seconds before our customers calls are picked up. I want to know how to calculate the grade of service, traffic load/offered.

Hi Yaseen,

You should use Erlang C formula. You’ll find plenty of information on this website about it.
