Dear All,
Am working on GPRS, i have one doubt regarding the PNCD(Packet Neighbour Cell Data) message, This message should send by Network to Mobile Station, Now in This message, I need to fill the (CONTAINER_ID) field.
Please explain, what value should be filled in this message for different Cells.
