AMR HR penetration Vs Interference

    hi experts

    could u guys pls give ur valuable comments:

    If AMR HR penetration is more in the N/W, it means less interference and hence improve quality samples. %age of samples in range 0 to 5 will improve.

    1. Is the statement above correct 100%?

    Reasoning: Since the HR channel will carry less bits ( speech coding bits ) 11.4kbps as compared to FR channel 22.8 kbps, the overall bits being transmitted in the air interference are lesser and hence the reduced interference.
    2. Is the statement above correct 100%?

    If u guys differ then pls help me with the correct reasoning.
